  • Do I have to pay for customizable invites prior to seeing the finished product?

    Yes, but money is fully refundable until the official mock up has been signed off on. The payment at time of order just guarantees that your invites will be custom made for you, and that I will have the options to you by a certain deadline


  • What if I decide I need more invitations after I’ve already placed my order?

    If it is a customizable order, send us an email! If it is a pre-designed order, you can just submit another purchase and we will already have your information saved. 

  • What if I decide to cancel my order after I have approved the final mock up?

    Your money cannot be refunded once the final mock up has been approved. At that point, printing has begun and all products for printing have been purchased.
